Recreation
Inclusion support may be available for some Recreation Programs in the form of lower student/staff ratios, parent involvement and/or program modifications. We realize every situation is unique and we are happy to explore opportunities that may exist for inclusion.
Prior to registering EACH session, please complete the Inclusion Questionnaire on the Bedford Recreation Website. Inclusion Questionnaire Contact Alex Plodzik (APlodzik@bedfordma.gov) with any questions.

Notice must be given 5 business days prior to program start for refund. If the required notice is given, refunds will be processed less 10% of the cost of the program. Medical refunds given after a program has begun will be prorated and the 10% fee will be charged. Other exceptions as noted in the program descriptions in the current seasonal brochure.

Town of Bedford Tax ID: 04-6001082. It is printed on all Recreation receipts. Receipts may be printed from your account in Active (online registration system). Kids' Club (and all Town departments) have the same Tax ID number.

You can now pull a tax receipt from your account in our registration system for 2023 and going forward. Log into your account. Under "Payment and Order Management", click on "Tax Receipt" at the bottom.

All brochures are published to the website at least one week prior to registration opening online.

Each season the registration dates will be published on Recreation's homepage. It is also posted to the Town Calendar on the website. Watch for each seasonal brochure (one for youth and one for adults) plus our Summer Adventures and Springs Brook Park brochures for specific registration dates.
Also, our TRAVEL Soccer registration opens two seasons prior. For example: Spring 2026 Travel soccer registration opens with our Fall 2025 brochure. Fall 2026 Travel soccer registration opens with our Spring 2026 brochure.

The Recreation Department does not handle facility rental in Bedford. For school and Town Center building rentals, please contact the Facilities Department.

For consideration, please submit the Financial Assistance Form and Registration Form. It is preferable that you submit the forms prior to registration opening for that particular season. That gives time for the request to be considered.
