The Town’s Department of Public Works (DPW) wants to hear from you!
We’re conducting a brief communication survey to better understand how residents connect with the DPW, what types of issues or questions prompt you to reach out, and how well our current systems are meeting your needs.
Whether you’ve contacted us about road maintenance, snow removal, trash and recycling, water and sewer services, or another concern, your feedback is important. The information gathered will help us:
Improve how residents report concerns or request services
Enhance responsiveness and clarity in communication
Evaluate which tools (phone, email, website forms etc.) are most effective
Identify opportunities to better serve the community
