Bedford's Annual Town Meeting starts at 6:30 pm on Monday, March 25, 2024 in the High School auditorium. Included in the Warrant (which sets the agenda) are the Planning Board's proposed zoning amendments for multifamily housing to comply with the state's MBTA Communities law (Articles 11 and 12 in the Warrant Report) and a request for funding for preparation of a new Comprehensive Plan (Article 25).

Further background on the zoning, which has been through extensive public discussion, can be viewed here. Large paper copies of the map can be seen on the Library bulletin board (in the entrance facing the playground) or in the Planning Office in Town Hall.
All of the Planning Board's proposals are supported by the Select Board and Finance Committee. Residents are encouraged to attend and vote in favor.
