In September 2018, the Massachusetts Department of Public Health adopted the 2013 Federal Food Code. Effective January 1, 2019, all Bedford Food Establishments must adhere to the updated applicable codes which are listed below:

In February 2019 the Bedford Board of Health offered a mandatory, no-cost training for all Bedford Food Establishments on the newly adopted Food Code. The following links are the documents that were provided during the 2013 Food Code Trainings.
